Role Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Functional Support Executive to provide functional and
operational support for wealth management applications during US business hours.
The role involves troubleshooting, data validation, user support, and coordination
with technical and business teams to ensure seamless daily operations of wealth
domain platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support wealth management systems and applications.
Analyze and resolve functional issues and user queries within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Support end users with process clarifications and data-related inquiries.
Document incidents, solutions, and functional procedures for knowledge
management.
Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements or changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in functional support or operations in the wealth or
financial domain.
Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and
client onboarding processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work evening/night (US) shifts from India.
Preferred:
Experience with portfolio management or wealth CRM systems.
Knowledge of SQL or data query tools for functional validation.
